Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Just as it appears in the photos, it is what you would expect from this well-located house perched on a cliff overlooking the sea and Puerto de la Cruz. It was a great decision to stay in the North and even more so having made the decision to do so in this house, ideal for relaxing with good access to the North Highway and with shops and restaurants nearby. The house has many details that make the stay what you would expect from a holiday on the island. Thank you Juan Manuel, without a doubt it will be the first option we consider on our next trip to the islands.

amazing stay
We had an amazing stay. The house has a fantastic view: beautiful Mount Teide, the ocean, and the hills! It's breathtaking. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and well-equipped. Our two children really enjoyed swimming in the pool. Juan was a very responsive host. He provided local advice and quickly attended to any needs. We highly recommend this property!

Awesome!
Initially we thought the photos were too good to be true but the villa proved us wrong . Breathtaking views with beautiful sunsets every evening. While parts of Tenerife were cloudy or grey, the location of this villa seemed to dodge the grey weather at times and was sunny throughout. Everything was clean and new and modern. All Things in the house were very well planned for the guest likes shopping bags for groceries , BBQ with ready charcoal , esspresso cups and beans for the coffee machine . We stayed for 5 nights at the villa and only left to get groceries from a well stocked supermarket 5 minutes drive away. Friends are already asking us about the villa And wanting to book it too after seeing our holiday photos on social media . Thanks a lot Juan and family !

Perfect vacation
All the pictures describe how this villa really is: spacious, excellent views, modern - probably one of the best places for vacation in Tenerife. The owner cares for you (thanks) and the villa is near to the northern hotspots & the Teide reagion. We will come back.

Beautiful villa with a stunning sea view
We loved our stay at this lovely villa. Located in a quiet residential area, it has beautiful ocean views. The house is modern and well appointed. Juanna is a fabulous host, giving some great recommendations for restaurants in the area.These are all around a 1.5 mile drive away with excellent food (and reasonably priced). Tenerife north is much quieter than the touristy south, and is all the better for it! We visited Loro Parque (8 miles away) and also went tree top trekking near Mount Teide which was a fabulous 2 hour activity. Lovely beaches also close by but to be honest we didn't want to leave the villa!
