The property features a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality appliances, a spacious living room, barbecue facilities, terraces on every floor, and a garage for four vehicles. Designed by a prestigious Canarian architect, all rooms are exterior-facing to maximize natural light and offer spectacular sea views.
The first floor is dedicated to the infinity pool, which appears to merge with the ocean, surrounded by a wooden terrace, gardens, a chill-out area, and an outdoor dining space-perfect for relaxation and entertaining.
The second floor houses the main living areas, including an open-plan kitchen and dining area, with glazed walls providing direct access to the terrace.
The third floor features a spacious hallway connecting all five rooms, each with terrace access and uninterrupted views of the sea, Teide National Park, La Orotava Valley, and Puerto de la Cruz. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed for six nights and the house ended up being exactly what we needed after a busy few months. The top floor had the best morning views, and we each claimed a different terrace depending on whether we wanted sun or shade. The living room was huge with those glass walls, so even staying inside on a windy afternoon didn’t feel like wasting the day. One morning we drove up toward Teide and did a short hike, then came back completely tired and cooked a late lunch on the barbecue while watching the colours shift over the ocean. The infinity pool really did look like it blended into the sea, especially around sunset. Communication with the host was smooth and they helped us with tips for local shops and an easy route to Puerto de la Cruz.

Perfect place to unwind with a small group
We travelled with two friends and appreciated that every room had access to a terrace, so waking up felt like stepping straight into the outdoors. Most mornings we’d sit quietly on the second-floor terrace with coffee, watching the light hit the valley and Teide in the distance. One day we drove to Sitio Litre and wandered around the orchid garden before grabbing snacks in Puerto de la Cruz. The infinity pool was warm enough to use even on the breezy days, and the chill-out area beside it became our usual hangout in the evenings.

Loved the layout and the quiet surroundings
We spent almost a week at the villa and ended up using the terraces way more than planned because each floor had a different vibe. The kitchen was easy to use and we made simple breakfasts before heading out to Playa Bollullo. One evening we walked to Casa Fefe and had a really good dinner, nothing fancy but very tasty. The pool area was our favourite spot in the late afternoons.

We booked the villa & Design for a family holiday, and it was perfect. The open spaces, the sleek design, and the way every room faces the ocean - it’s just stunning. Unreal views & pure relaxation
Stayed here for a week, and honestly, I didn't want to leave! The infinity pool is next-level, like floating above the ocean. Every room has a view, and waking up to the sound of waves was amazing. The whole house is super modern and stylish, but still feels warm and welcoming. Also, big shoutout to the concierge team - they arranged everything for us, from airport transfer to a private tour. Best vacation ever!

Superb villa in beautiful surroundings!!!
Amazing villa with so much space to spend your days. Would stay here again if I go back to Tenerife. The property is lovely and a great size, with many bedrooms and outside areas to relax. Very clean, lovely views and swimming pool. Over all I would highly recommend staying here, we al had a Fantastic time. Fantastic villa in a great location!!

We had an amazing time in Tenerife! We were a group of six friends staying for one week. The villa rests in a quiet hillside, it is spacious, enough bathrooms, has a well equipped kitchen, a lovely pool and nice poolside areas. We had some joyful barbeque dinners on the terrace. Amazing villa!
