Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Beautiful villa with amazing scenery from every angle
We stayed for six nights with friends and found the location perfect for doing a mix of relaxing and sightseeing. Mornings usually started slow with coffee overlooking the coast, and the view toward Teide was something we never got tired of. One day we booked a private tour through the concierge to explore the northern towns, and it made things so much easier than figuring out everything ourselves. Another day we stayed in, grilled lunch on the BBQ, and spent hours just walking through the garden because there were so many different plants and shaded corners. The heated pool was ideal in the evenings when the air started to cool down. Parking was simple, Wi-Fi worked without issues, and the whole house felt like a quiet bubble away from everything else.

Loved the calm neighbourhood and spacious layout
We visited with 3 kids and my sister, and the place worked perfectly because everyone had their own bathroom. The living room was our go-to in the evenings thanks to the huge windows that made it feel like we were still outside. Most days we’d go out exploring somewhere-like the Botanical Gardens or a quick stop in La Laguna-then come back and just relax around the heated pool. The outdoor space had so many little corners that each of us ended up choosing our own favourite spot. The kitchen was simple to use and the terrace next to it became our spot for late night chats.

Great place for a laid-back family break
We spent almost a week here and liked how the house felt lived-in and not too formal. Breakfasts on the terrace were our favourite part, especially with the mix of sea and mountain views. One afternoon we walked down toward Playa El Ancon and just sat watching the waves for a while before grabbing something to eat nearby. The welcome pack was a nice surprise after the flight, especially the bottled water and coffee. It all felt very easy.

Perfect for relaxation
We stayed as a group of friends, and this villa had everything we needed! The pool was warm and inviting, and we spent most evenings enjoying the BBQ and the views. The beach isn't far, and we even got some amazing local restaurant recommendations from the concierge. Such an easy, stress-free trip - would def stay again!

Breathtaking views & peaceful vibes
Stayed here for a week with my family, and wow… just wow! The views from the villa are unreal - Teide on one side, the ocean on the other. The garden is stunning, full of tropical plants, and the pool was spotless. The house itself is super comfy, with everything you need. Loved having a BBQ in the evenings! The booking process was smooth, and the concierge team was really helpful. Would come back 100%!

Wonderful villa
What a great villa! Great set up - perfect for our 6 adults group. We used the bikes to have some lovely rides round the local area on the quiet country roads down to the beach. Spotify was excellent in the evenings as the background to some great barbecues and the heated pool was wonderful. The kitchen and villa are really well equipped to an luxury standard and everything is extremely clean and new. Thank you.
