This impressive villa is only a few minutes' walk from Punta Prima Beach and the nearby shops and restaurants. The private pool is complemented by a large paved terrace and a covered area that houses a pool table and table tennis, perfect for family fun. A brick BBQ with table and chairs provides an ideal spot for alfresco dining, while the shallow circular section of the pool is perfect for smaller children.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two double bedrooms each feature en suite bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bath), while the two twin bedrooms share a separate shower room. Patio doors from all bedrooms open directly onto the pool terrace. A WC is located on the first floor.
The open-plan living area, accessible both internally and externally, includes comfortable seating and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar, with patio doors spanning two walls that open onto a wide terrace running the length of the villa.
The property is gated with a path leading to the entrance at the front of the house. Calo Roig Beach is 2.1 km away, Cala Alcaufar Beach 2.4 km, and Menorca Airport is 10 km from the villa.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We traveled as two families, and this villa had the perfect layout for us. The pool was amazing, and the kids spent hours playing in the shallow section. The beach was just a short walk away, and we loved exploring the nearby coves. The villa had everything we needed, and the service from the agency was excellent. Definitely a place we’d love to return to!

Wonderful experience
We stayed at this elegant home for a week, and it was just perfect. The beach was so close, which made it easy to go for morning swims. The property was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was clean and warm, and we loved having breakfast on the upstairs terrace. Amazing villa with great outdoor space
Loved our stay here! The villa was beautifully decorated, and the pool area was fantastic. We spent most of our time outside, either lounging by the pool or playing table tennis. The fact that all the bedrooms opened onto the terrace was a great feature. Everything was well-maintained, and the agency was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday!

Perfect family getaway!
We had an amazing week at this stylish property! The location is unbeatable-just a short stroll to Punta Prima Beach, where the water was crystal clear. The home itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with everything we needed. The kids loved the shallow section of the pool, and we enjoyed grilling fresh seafood on the BBQ. The beach, like the villa, were just like being in paradise. The property manager, are lovely and very welcoming. We were escorted from the airport so we didn't get lost and they were very generous in providing drinks and food to get us started. They also gave great local info on restaurants and beaches to visit. This villa would also be ideal for a group as the outside area around the pool is big and also has a BBQ area. All I can say is if you choose this villa you will not be disappointed!

perfect holiday
The property was really nice, with a great location, and we would recommend it. We rented this charming accommodation for a week in May and were lucky with the weather as it was sunny most days. The views from the home are spectacular, whether you are in your bedroom or by the pool. Our host was fantastic, going out of their way to make our stay special. We received great information on where to go and where to eat. This must be the best part of Menorca. You must book this property.
