Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had such a relaxing stay at the accommodation. The pool was a dream, and the covered terrace was perfect for escaping the midday sun. The villa was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Having shops and restaurants so close made everything so convenient. The BBQ area was a great touch too! Would recommend 100%.

Peaceful and beautiful
If you're looking for a quiet escape with stunning sea views, this is the place. The villa has a charming, traditional Menorcan feel but with modern amenities. The outdoor space was our favorite part-enjoying meals al fresco with the ocean breeze was pure bliss. Plus, Mahon is just a short drive away for a fun day trip. We’ll definitely return!

Great for families
We stayed at the holiday home with our kids and had an amazing time! The twin bedrooms were perfect for them, and they loved splashing in the private pool. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep easy, and having a supermarket nearby was a huge plus. Punta Prima Beach was just a short walk away, so we spent our days building sandcastles and swimming. Can’t wait to come back!

This stylish property was everything we hoped for and more! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach with breathtaking sea views. The villa itself is stylish and well-maintained, with a fantastic pool and outdoor dining area.
