Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were in awe of the incredible sea views and the villa's design, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The open living area is bright and inviting, and the bedrooms are spacious and stylish. The outdoor terrace with a pool and barbecue was perfect for leisurely days. Being within walking distance of beautiful beaches and local amenities was a bonus.

Unforgettable Sea Views
This seaside retreat is an unforgettable holiday haven with incredible sea views from its numerous terraces. The stylish property comfortably accommodated our group of 12. The thoughtful design, including a lift and adapted bathroom for those with mobility issues, truly sets it apart. The open living area with multi-storey windows is flooded with light and elegantly furnished. We enjoyed leisurely meals at the large dining table and relaxed in the chic living space.

Absolutely beautiful place and the family love it.
Absolutely beautiful place and the family love it. The best thing is a good share of quality rooms so no one is left in a sub-standard room. There were a number of broken items on arrival and standard toiletry things missing but the later can be purchased from the local shops. We had a good nights sleep and welcomed the air conditioning. Now we are having lovely day by the pool.
