Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The quality of the property - it is lovely and spacious and has everything you need. It is in a perfect location - easy access to the town. The pool was well-maintained, and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the sun. The location was fantastic-close to the beach, shops, and even an amazing water park. The booking process was smooth, and the concierge service was a nice touch. A great holiday overall!

We had a satisfying stay in this luxury retreat. Surrounded within walking distance by beautiful beaches of the area. A truly relaxing feel in this spacious villa with its large pool, spacious rooms with a lovely view. The accommodation offers quiet and peace, a perfect place to really unwind and de-stress.

Amazing Holiday
We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks at this luxury retreat and we cannot thank Alba and his team enough for giving us the most perfect holiday. The Dream Week
I spent one week in this holiday home from Punta Prima with my family. It was a great vacation in Menorca. All points of interest were within walking distance, and our children had an amazing time in the pool. Amazing place!!!
