Entry is controlled via an electric gate, leading past the staff house, two guest houses, and an orange plantation to a spacious carport with ample parking. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I cannot recommend The holiday homelucci enough. The property is stunning with its Mediterranean-style gardens, large pool, and multiple terraces, perfect for any occasion. The interior is exquisite, with top-notch furnishings and every modern amenity you could ask for. We enjoyed the evenings in the pool house with music and a barbecue-truly a highlight of our stay. The villa is an absolute gem for anyone looking to experience luxury in Ibiza!

A Dream villa for Families
We stayed at This getawaylucci with our extended family, and it was simply perfect for our group of 18. The villa is so spacious, and the views from every bedroom are just breathtaking. The kids loved the garden and the pool area, while the adults enjoyed the wine cellar and the elegant, modern interiors. The villa is beautiful, above our expectations. It's ideal for several families - large groups. Private space and common areas (swimming pool, kitchen, dining area etc.) are very spacious.the property is really well-maintained. It is equipped with all modern appliances (ex. great barbecue, Sonos system). The area is nice, quiet, relaxed with amazing views. We are delighted!

OMG! What an amazing view
Spent a very luxurious week with friends at this amazing villa. It has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and a fantastic kitchen, outside bar and excellent BBQs. We hired a boat and the trip was amazing...also our private chef was so excellent service....amazing meals. This place really is a fantastic find and you'll love the infinity pool. It really is an amazing place. Enjoy!

A slice of paradise!
This spacious villa luxury villa - is just that - pure luxury! A fantastic location, quiet and private. The staff (Alba and the team) are attentive and organised - Pre arranged boat and taverna trips were great fun and the private chefs were amazing! The villa is stunning - beautiful rooms, an awesome kitchen and wonderful views from the infinity pool. I would definitely return!!!
