Arriving via a quiet residential road, guests are welcomed by a sun-soaked deck with glass railings that preserve the spectacular vistas, an infinity pool, comfortable lounge chairs, and a barbecue area. Shaded terraces and covered outdoor dining spaces allow for relaxation away from the sun, while Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and laundry facilities ensure convenience and entertainment.
The villa's interiors blend minimalist modernism with iconic mid-century pieces. The great room features a bar corner and two sitting areas, including tan sofas around a natural wood coffee table and Egg chairs positioned near the limestone and granite fireplace. Windows on two sides flood the space with natural light, while Louis Ghost dining chairs add to the airy, sophisticated ambiance. The bright, fully equipped kitchen boasts ultra-sleek white Boffi cabinetry and modern appliances for effortless meal preparation.
Each of the main house's four bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower. The master suite occupies the entire top floor, offering a private terrace with an alfresco sitting area and luxurious en-suite features including a separate tub, dual vanity, and bidet. The remaining three bedrooms are positioned in a separate wing, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This is our second time staying at the holiday home Sol, and it was just as incredible as the first. The villa is perfect for a relaxing, luxurious stay in Ibiza. The modern, mid-century design is stunning, and everything is super well-equipped. The outdoor space is perfect for lounging by the pool with beautiful views of the ocean. A big thank you to the team for organizing everything - the booking process was seamless, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this villa!

Perfect villa for a group getaway!
We had a family reunion at this home Sol, and it was everything we were hoping for and more. The villa is so spacious and well laid out. We loved that there was a separate guest house for extra privacy. The pool area was the highlight - we spent hours just soaking up the sun and enjoying the view. Also, being close to the Tropicana Beach Club was a huge plus - it’s one of the best beaches on the island. We’ll definitely return!

A great escape!
The property Sol was the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. The villa is beautifully designed with plenty of space for our group of 8. Each bedroom was so comfortable, and the bathrooms were like something out of a spa! The outdoor pool area is perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the sea views. The team was very helpful, and the concierge service made our stay even more enjoyable - we had everything arranged from airport transfers to local tips. I’d definitely stay here again!

Incredible villa with stunning views!
Stayed here with a group of friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better villa. The house itself is gorgeous - very spacious with all the amenities we needed. We loved the outdoor space, especially the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The master suite was fantastic, with its own private terrace, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Highly recommend this place if you want a stylish, relaxing getaway in Ibiza!

Simply perfect!
We had an amazing week at this getaway Sol. The views were absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was something I’ll never forget. The pool was perfect, and the outdoor space had everything we needed - plenty of lounge chairs, a barbecue, and a shaded area for when we wanted a break from the sun. Inside, the decor was so stylish and clean, it really set the tone for a relaxing, luxury experience. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed!

Sophisticated luxury on a Ibiza
We travelled as a group of 8 for our annual family holiday. This retreat Sol was central to our family fun. the villa is beautifully appointed with luxurious rooms (all ensuite), a very well stocked kitchen, and a breathtaking outside area with dining facilities, an outdoor bar and the most amazing swimming pool. The views from the villa are sensational and the location was great for day trips. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday in Ibiza, and more than the island itself, our best memories will be the fun times we had at this retreat Sol. A dream destination.

Accommodation and hospitality of the highest order
Our group of eight had the pleasure of staying at the house Sol for a warm and sunny week in August. The villa was even nicer than we were expecting - and it was spacious and comfortable and very clean. The surroundings are peaceful, and the location is good for exploring the Es Cublles part of Ibiza. Before we arrived the agent had shared with us maps of the best local beaches and restaurants, and during our stay he was on hand to answer any questions that we had.
All in all, we couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great Property in a very scenic setting.
Just recently stayed here with a group of friends for an extended weekend visiting Ibiza. This is a lovely villa, with great features, and very nicely equipped, set in a lovely location, overlooking Es Cubelles town. Only a few minutes walk to supermarket, it is quiet and seclude, but not remote. The villa is modern inside, with modern furniture, internet access, modern kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare food, meals, drinks etc. A large sized pool is very welcoming after being out in the sun, and makes a lovely place to sit around with friends and family, whilst utilising the barbecue to cook up some great food! The host, was very accommodating, and really a great guy, who was more than happy to help out or offer advice on anything required. I would throughly recommend this villa for a stay in Ibiza, and would definitely consider doing back there again.

A special place
For one week, we rented the villa Sol with a group of 6 people. The pictures are truly representative of reality, and the villa is simple amazing. All bedrooms are luxurious and very comfortable. The house keeper took care of our groceries beforehand (which was a very extensive list). He was even willing to store fancy wines for us which we shipped in to last winter to Ibiza already. We also hired a private chef to prepare the local meals. The pool area is very nice, and really enjoyable to lounge during the day. I would highly recommend this villa and definitely look forward to return some day. Everyone had a truly amazing experience. It is truly a special place.
