Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

5 Star paradise in Ibiza
Villa just as described on the internet - magnificent in all respects. The pool was a delight with amazing views overlooking the mountains and the sea. We had a party of 12 including three generations - the youngest being 9 months. The villa is modern and very well equipped....luxury. I recommend to hire a boat and a private chef.....will be your amazing dream holiday!!!!

This villa is simply AMAZING!
We stayed here with a group of friends and had the most amazing time, this villa is simply amazing. We loved everything about this place - everything about it is amazing but it makes you not want to leave! the villa is beautiful - every room is finished differently and well furnished and has everything you need. The location was perfect for us too - not to far from everything but far enough away - private and safe location. Can't wait to go back!

Been many times to ibiza, always stayed at villas but this one was the best one without a doubt. The villa is beautiful, the view is outstanding and the location is super convenient. Its isolated, got lots of privacy but you are only 5 min from one of the coolest villages of the island....Es Cubells. The housekeeper was super attentive, always available to resolve any doubt and gave us the best tips and recomendations about what place to visit. Thought I knew the island but after this trip really got to know the authentic ibiza and all thanks to Alba and his team. I highly recommend!!
