Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Pure luxury in natural beautiful surroundings
We stayed with friends in this luxurious villa with sweeping views of the sea. All was perfect: space and privacy, a beautiful pool, perfectly kept garden and vegetation.... The host Alba, and his staff, are just amazing. Each room and corner of the house is beautifully decorated. Modern and with all the gadgets and technology you need. Staying at this holiday spot is such a pleasure that you do not want ever to step out of it.

The most relaxing weekend i have had in a long time
Just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa. Our group consisted of 4 couples and everyone agreed that it was a great place. The villa is in a great location, remote enough to be away from the busy resorts but close enough to have all the benefits. We never hired a car but found it easy getting about with taxi's and we even walked into Ibiza town one day. The villa is a great size and even with 4 couples it does not seem over crowded. The outdoor space is simply beautiful and even after a late night your are keen to get up early and enjoy amazing views over the sea. We would definitely go back.

Great experience
The villa was truly incredible. The views are spectacular and the service and communication we experienced with Alba was superb. The best part of the villa is the location which is very important when renting in Ibiza. Es Cubells is an amazing place. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone coming to ibiza. I will be staying there again!
