Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with family for a special celebration, and it was unforgettable. The villa is massive, with plenty of space for everyone. Loved the private bar and business center (though we didn’t work much). The pool was heated to the perfect temperature, and the sunsets were magical. Five stars all the way!

This villa is exactly what you picture when you think of a luxury holiday. Spacious, modern, and with a pool that overlooks the sea-just wow. Having a private boat was a game changer! The team was super helpful, and everything was spotless. Would highly recommend!

Best holiday ever!
We came with a group of friends for a week, and it was simply perfect. The pool area was our favorite spot, with plenty of loungers and a view to die for. The location was great-close enough to Ibiza Town but still private and peaceful. The agency made everything smooth, from airport transfers to booking activities. Can’t wait to come back!

Best holiday rental we've had

Wow!!! Great villa
What you expect after seeing the pictures is exactly what you get when you are there. The peaceful and calm atmosphere combined with the fantastic view, takes away all motivation to go somewhere else. The nearby Villages have all the shopping, dining or going out to offer that one could whish for - most of the time you just want to be on this patio under the pergola. After having been on a lot of beach holidays in beautiful places, we were here for first time now and here it is where we want to come back to again and again. The beach, the garden and the POOL are .... !!!!!!!!!!!!

The villa is a real home from home, superbly comfortable, totally secure, with everything you could want for the perfect holiday. And the property manager, Alba, could not be more helpful or friendly. Over the years we have holidayed in very many self catering properties but this is the best by a long way.
