Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We arrived early and they let us leave the luggage while the housekeeper finished up, which was a big help after the flight. Once we settled in, we realized just how much space the villa had. Afternoons usually started around the heated infinity pool, then moved to the shaded dining area where someone always ended up making snacks. The rooftop hot tub quickly became the favorite spot before sunset, and the views over the bay were honestly some of the best we’ve seen in Ibiza. One morning a couple of us booked massages in the roof tent and it felt like a real spa day. The club room downstairs was surprisingly fun even for a quiet group like ours. Location was perfect too-close to Cala Jondal and a short drive to Ibiza Old Town. Everything just worked smoothly from start to finish.

Felt like staying in our own boutique hotel
This trip was for a birthday and the setup honestly made it easy to celebrate without leaving the villa. The spa area became our quiet spot after the beach and the small gym was handy for a quick workout. A couple of nights we used the club room just for fun-nothing crazy, just music and drinks before heading out to Blue Marlin. Bedrooms were cool, comfy and private, exactly what we wanted for ten people staying together. The butler helped us with a restaurant reservation in Ibiza Town and it saved a lot of hassle.

Great week with so much space
The bedroom suites were all different so everyone felt like they had something special. Most mornings we had coffee on the roof terrace because the bay looked unreal from up there. Staff were around when needed but never intrusive. One afternoon we walked down to Cala Jondal for a swim and it was such a nice change from the pool.
