Interior features: The villa includes an entrance hall, a spacious living and dining area with fireplace, plasma TV, French satellite, DVD player, and Hi-Fi system. Large windows provide direct access to the main pool terrace, allowing seamless indoor-outdoor living. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas oven, toaster, and fridge-freezer, ensuring convenience for cooking and entertaining.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa is cozy and spacious enough for 6. Loved the outdoor dining area and summer kitchen, perfect for meals by the pool. Garden and pool well maintained. Definitely coming back!

Stunning sea views and peaceful villa
We stayed a week here and it was amazing! Each bedroom had a comfy bed and bathrooms were spotless. Pool area was lovely, especially for morning swims with the sea view. Loved the covered lounge for afternoon drinks. BBQ and summer kitchen made cooking outside super easy. The agency helped with arrival details and suggested a few local beaches which were gorgeous. Very quiet location yet close to San Antonio and the west coast beaches. Perfect villa for family or small group. Highly recommend!

Charming and well-equipped
Absolutely loved our stay! The villa is bright, clean, and well-arranged. Large windows make indoor-outdoor living seamless. The pool and garden were perfect for relaxing, and the sunsets were breathtaking. Kitchen had everything we needed. Agency provided smooth booking and even suggested a few hidden gems to visit nearby. Great value for a quiet Ibiza escape.

Had a wonderful week here! Bedrooms were comfy, bathrooms modern, and the living area really cozy with fireplace. Pool and terraces amazing for lazy afternoons. Peaceful Ibiza retreat
We just loved this villa! Perfect for our small group. Outdoor spaces amazing, pool very clean, garden lovely. Sea views from terraces were stunning at sunset. Quiet area but not far from shops or beaches. Agency was great, even helped with car rental. Can’t wait to return!
