Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our family of 12 had an unforgettable stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone privacy. Outdoor areas, pool, jacuzzi, and terraces were perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Close to beaches, restaurants, and Puerto del Carmen attractions. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend for multi-generational groups or large families.

Relaxing Lanzarote retreat
We loved this villa. Spacious living and dining areas, modern kitchen, and sun-drenched terraces made for perfect days. The jacuzzi and pool kept kids happy, while adults enjoyed the covered seating and BBQ. Staff communicated clearly and made check-in effortless.

Quick family escape
The villa is beautifully designed, very modern, and spacious. Pool and terraces were highlights. Kids loved the jacuzzi and daybeds, while adults enjoyed sunsets from the balcony. Check-in was seamless. Bedrooms were comfy, each with its own bathroom. Staff made the whole booking process easy and answered questions promptly.

Perfect multi-generational stay
With six bedrooms and all en-suite, everyone had privacy. The heated infinity pool was a hit, and the HotSpring Jacuzzi added luxury. The location near Puerto del Carmen is ideal for walking to restaurants and the harbour. Staff were very helpful and responsive.

Balcony mornings
Waking up to the sea views from the top floor balcony was incredible. Open-plan living areas allowed everyone to gather easily. The pool table kept teens busy, and the BBQ terrace was perfect for evening meals. Staff guided us well through booking.

Seaside luxury with space for everyone
Our stay was fantastic. The villa comfortably fit 12 guests with plenty of privacy. Kids loved the infinity pool and jacuzzi, while adults enjoyed alfresco dinners and sun loungers. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Minor note: steps to the pool require careful footing, for us it not was a problem......overall a wonderful experience.
