Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had an amazing stay. Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas worked well for family gatherings. Pool and garden were great for relaxing. Sun loungers were comfortable, and BBQ dinners were a highlight. Staff were attentive and responsive.

Our group of six felt very comfortable. Bedrooms were airy and stylish. Kids spent hours in the pool, while adults enjoyed coffee on the terrace. The villa is a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Staff provided clear instructions for arrival.

Lovely villa in a quiet spot yet close to Port de Pollensa. Pool and terraces were perfect for relaxing, and multiple outdoor dining areas meant we could enjoy lunches and dinners al fresco. Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly and helpful.

Morning sun and poolside coffee
We loved starting our days on the terrace with views over the garden and pool. Bedrooms were spacious and modern, each with en-suite facilities. Kids loved the pool, and the barbecue made evening meals easy. Staff were very responsive during booking. Minor note: some rattan chairs were stiff, but comfortable enough.
