Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Stylish and relaxing
We really enjoyed the villa. Open-plan living areas with large sliding doors made indoor-outdoor flow easy. Sun loungers and terrace spaces were perfect for relaxing. Kids loved the mini golf and playing around the garden. Staff provided excellent support during booking and check-in. Nearby Playa Flamingo and restaurants were convenient.

Quick getaway near Playa Blanca
Beautiful villa with fantastic mountain views. The pool and terraces were highlights. Mini golf was fun, though small. Outdoor dining and BBQ made evenings enjoyable. Check-in was simple thanks to helpful staff.

Family fun with stunning views
Our group of eight had plenty of space. Bedrooms were modern and comfortable, all with access to terraces. Kids loved the mini golf and pool, while adults enjoyed dining on the terrace and relaxing in the lounge. The kitchen was well-equipped for family meals. Staff were responsive and helpful. Sunny villa with mountain views
We had an amazing stay. The villa is bright and airy, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool and terrace were perfect, and the mini golf area kept the kids entertained. Staff were very helpful and made check-in smooth. Minor note: the sunbeds get quite warm in the afternoon, but it didn’t bother us. Highly recommend for families.
