Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
What a beautiful and peaceful place! The garden and terraces are perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect after a day out. Bedrooms are spacious, comfy, and private. Really enjoyed our stay, will come back for sure.

Relaxing and stylish
Absolutely loved this villa. Views of the bay are breathtaking. Multiple terraces give lots of private corners to relax. Kitchen and living areas are huge and modern. Agency support was excellent, made booking extras really easy. Perfect for a big group getaway.

luxury finca experience
Stayed a week with friends, and every detail of the villa impressed us. Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms made everyone happy, gym and sauna were great for morning routines. Outdoor Jacuzzi and infinity pool were our favorite spots. Staff even helped with a small birthday celebration. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. Really felt pampered and relaxed the whole week. Loved it!

elegant and cozy
The villa is super elegant but still feels cozy. Loved the art and spacious living areas. Heated pool and Jacuzzi were highlights. Concierge helped us book a boat trip, everything was smooth. Definitely a top spot for a holiday.

perfect villa for big group
Stayed here with 12 friends and it was perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, so no morning chaos! Gym and sauna were a great bonus. Outdoor areas and terraces are amazing, sunsets are unreal.

Wow, the views from this villa are just insane! Loved chilling in the jacuzzi with the bay in front of us. Pool and terraces are perfect for relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay.
