Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Fantastic villa for a family holiday
This villa was perfect for our multi-generational family trip. The kids loved the pool and billiard room, while we enjoyed the terraces and peaceful surroundings. The concierge team was super helpful, arranging a private chef and giving us excellent recommendations for beaches and activities. Being so close to Port d'Alcudia was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking views and perfect location
Our stay at this seaside retreat was absolutely incredible! Waking up to those stunning sea views every morning was a dream. The home is beautifully designed, spacious, and had everything we needed. Paradise Found!
This is a special place: the villa is relaxing and spacious,and the outside space is lovely. Lots of good tavernas and bars, shops, a bakers, boat trips, bicycle hire..... Wish we'd stayed longer than a week - would love to return. LUXURYYYY!!!

Fabulous villa in a great location
We have just returned from a fantastic week in Puerto Alcudia. This spacious villa is perfect with everything we needed to enjoy a holiday along with another 10 people. The accommodation is wonderful-very spacious and well appointed. It is very secure and secluded whilst being only a short distance from the beautiful town. The views are superb and we will long remember dining on the terrace with the sun setting over the bay.
