Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Spent a relaxed week here with two families. The garden was bigger than we expected and made the pool area feel really private. We’d usually start the day with coffee outside, then wander down to the beach for a swim before it got busy. The living room was comfy for evenings when we didn’t feel like going out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. One night we tried a barbecue on the terrace and ended up staying out there for hours because the breeze was so nice.

Smooth trip from start to finish
Our group of twelve stayed a week and honestly the whole experience went smoothly. The agency answered a few questions before arrival and helped arrange an early check-in so we could drop luggage, which was a lifesaver with kids. The house itself had plenty of bathrooms so no waiting around, and the AC in every room kept nights comfortable. We split our days between the pool and Port Alcudia promenade, where we found a couple of great restaurants. Loved those mountain views from the balcony.

Beautiful views and lots of privacy
Came with a group of friends and the villa suited us perfectly. The bedrooms were spread out enough that everyone had their own corner, and the big windows made the living space feel open and bright. We grilled outside a couple of evenings and the sunset from the upper terrace was amazing. One morning we walked to the Alcanada Golf Club and spent a few hours there before heading back to lounge by the pool. Really peaceful area but still close to everything in town.

Great place for our family meet-up
We stayed here for a family gathering of eleven and loved the amount of space. People drifted between the pool, the terraces, and the living room without feeling crowded. We often had breakfast looking out toward the sea, then spent most afternoons down at Alcanada Beach which was quiet and easy to reach. The kitchen worked well for cooking simple meals and the kids used the garden nonstop. A really relaxed base for exploring Port Alcudia.

If you need tranquility, a good piece of mind and an affordable villa, than this is where you should be. Days that I would not forget have been spent in this lovely place. Great place to rest!
My team and I were on business in Spain and decided to spend some days before getting back in UK. We enjoyed fast replies as well as flexibility from property manager ; he often did so within an hour while daytime as a real professional. We also really appreciated the kindness of his representative on site who proved himself very helpful ! The place itself is really quiet and well furnished for a few fellows ; definitely a good choice to relax!

We were a big group of 12 students from UK and we enjoyed a lot our stay , the swimming pool is fantastic, the villa is fantastic, the place is fantastic. The AC is powerfull, the sun is very strong and we enjoyed a lot.
