Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a mixed group of couples and friends and booked the villa mainly for the facilities, and it genuinely delivered. The agency sent us a few tips before arrival, including a list of local restaurants and a shortcut to the beach, which helped a ton on the first day. Mornings usually started with coffee on the upper terrace, watching the bay wake up. Afternoons were split between the outdoor pool and the indoor one downstairs when the sun got too strong. The twin rooms were ideal for the younger ones in our group, and everyone appreciated having enough bathrooms so no queues ever formed. We used the barbecue twice and ate outside under the lights, which turned into our favorite part of the trip. The whole place felt modern, clean, and super relaxed - exactly what we hoped for.

Loved the layout and the views
Three generations of our family stayed here and the space worked surprisingly well for everyone. The adults used the big terrace in the mornings while the kids played around the pool. The open-plan living room made it easy to hang out together, but whoever needed quiet could slip off to their room. We also tried the indoor jacuzzi after long beach days, which felt like a treat. Shops and restaurants were close, so we didn’t need the car much. It was a very easy, comfortable stay overall.
