Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Our stay at this holiday spot was a perfect blend of luxury and accessibility. The hydraulic crane by the pools made it inclusive for everyone, and the adapted bathroom was a thoughtful touch. Beyond our expectations, we'll be back!
The villa was absolutely perfect. Not only was it beautifully designed and furnished it had a really special feel about it - we all felt so relaxed and at peace. The concierge service was excellent. They couldn't do enough for us - recommending and booking amazing restaurants, organising taxis and generally taking care of us. The chefs (we had brunch every day) were really fantastic. Not only did they prepare wonderful brunches for us but they did any shopping we needed and were absolutely charming young men. Even the cleaning ladies were a delight. This was without a doubt one of the best holidays we have ever had. It is our first experience of a villa vacation and we will definitely be back for more! I must also mention Alba and Amazing Holiday Villas. Her efficiency was fantastic - nothing was too much for her.

Perfect Holiday!
We have just stayed at the rental for one week and we had the most memorable holiday ever. We wish it could have been longer as we didn't want to leave. This was mainly due to the quality of the property. Every need has been catered for and I cannot find a superlative to accurately describe our experience. Just go there!
