Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Very nice villa and area. We enjoyed the brandnew place. We were 10 people with yong adults and we had a lot of space and privacy all around. We appreciated to have housekeeping during our stay and quick answerswhen needed. We will be back !

Contemplation, elegance and functionality
This seaside retreat from Cap martinet Ibiza is an unique and beautiful villa with a bright, simple, clean and modern interior. The house has a delicious swimming pool with very clean and soft water. The garden is breathtaking and smells from herbs and sweet flowers. The house and the garden appeal to our senses and invite to contemplation and pleasure. The house has everything one needs.

Amazing place to stay
Private and secluded villa with sophisticated and clever design. It was very clean and had everything you needed for a fantastic holiday. The Beach with beautifully clear water and safe swimming is only a short drive away. There you can find shops and taverns offering delicious balearic cuisine. Locals are very welcoming. Thank you!!!
