The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master suite features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, and dual vanities. Two bedrooms have twin beds, and the remaining two offer king-size beds, all with en-suite facilities, air conditioning, and thoughtfully designed sitting areas. A flexible room provides additional sleeping or relaxation space, ideal for massage or quiet reading.
The property is divided into three separate casitas. The main house includes a formal dining room for up to ten guests, a traditional living room with flat-screen TV, and the master suite. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

We gratefully look back on the week during which we were in the opportunity to call this magnificent this elegant home our home. The villa offers so much. Everything that is written about it appeared to be true. The swimming pool is maintained every morning which kept the water very clean.

We spent a wonderful week in this great house. The house offers a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. For us, as a big family, it was perfect. The owner was very nice, courteous, helpful and always available for us. The service around the house left nothing to be desired. We gladly would spend again our vacation here.

Exceptional villa with gorgeous views!!
This villa is rented through a management agency. Alba was our direct contact and provided us with all the info we needed. Nearly everything is possible, have your grosseries done when you arrive in the villa or have a personal chef (you pay for this service of course) cook your meal. He arranged a nice deal with a car rental agency and we were picked up by them from the airport.
the villa has too many amenities for it all to write down. Look at the site and everything you see is what you get. Nothing looks better on the picture than it is in reality. You really get what you see.

Fantastic, the villa, amenities, view and location were perfect.
After a free airport transfer and a great welcome pack was available. The this charming accommodation is amazing, fitted to an exceptionally high standard with all mod cons you can think of, large pool table, table tennis, swimming pool (with child safe alarm) Jacuzzi, BBQ area all with an incredible view of the sea. Wi-fi boosted on each level and TVs in bedrooms. Perfect Holiday!
