Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Perfect for Families
We had an amazing stay at the stay with our family. The house is super spacious, and all the bedrooms open up to the garden, which made everything feel so airy and fresh. The split-level pool was perfect for our kids, and the lawn area gave them space to run around. Loved having the Sonos sound system all around the house-it really added to the vibe! Incredible Views & Ultimate Relaxation
This villa is absolutely stunning! The views over Formentera and Playa D’en Bossa were breathtaking, especially at sunrise. We stayed here for a week as a group of friends, and everything was just perfect. The pool area was our favorite spot-plenty of sunbeds, a shaded chill-out space, and even a splash pool! The location was super convenient too, just a short drive to Ibiza Town. Would come back in a heartbeat!

You helped us to enjoy a perfect ibiza holiday
This place is amazing. Such a great place for groups as so much space and so many different areas for everybody to hang out in. The lounge was our favourite place to be in the evening but the pool and the terrace were great during the day. The villa was so good that we hardly left it to explore Ibiza as everything you need us there. It feels like your home from the minute you arrive and you won't want to leave. We are already definitely booking for next year. Best villa we have ever stayed in.... can't wait to come back.
