Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday and this villa gave us both privacy and enough shared areas to enjoy time together. The main terrace was huge, with shaded corners for reading and a long dining table where we had meals under the lights most nights. The separate annex and guest house were ideal for those who preferred quieter mornings. We spent one day exploring Marina Botafoch, another wandering around the fortress at Dalt Vila, and the rest mostly relaxing by the uniquely shaped pool. Appreciated how responsive the team was when we asked for restaurant suggestions and help booking a car - everything felt smooth from start to finish.

Great villa for families sharing
We came as two families and the layout worked perfectly, especially with the separate guest house that gave the grandparents some privacy. Mornings were usually spent by the pool while the kids rotated between the loungers and the shaded chill areas. One evening we drove to Dalt Vila for a walk and grabbed dinner in the old town, then came back to sit outside under the warm breeze. Easy booking process too, with a couple of useful tips sent before arrival.
