Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

A great spot for a group getaway
We stayed at this luxury retreat for a weekend getaway with a group of friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The accommodation is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and the infinity pool and hot tub were such a treat. We also loved the entertainment areas-the bar and DJ booth made for some fun nights! The concierge services were amazing; they helped us arrange a private dinner and gave us great local tips. This luxury retreat is the definition of luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning views and stylish interiors. The kitchen was perfect for cooking together, and we loved relaxing by the pool with a glass of wine. The highlight for us was definitely the home theater and bar area-perfect for evening entertainment. Perfect family retreat!
We had an unforgettable week at this luxury retreat. The accommodation itself is stunning-spacious, modern, and with views that take your breath away. The kids loved the infinity pool and hot tub, while we enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace. The location is great-close to the beach and only a short drive to Ibiza Town for a night out. The villa is suitable for all ages, you can choose whether you want to do lots of sight seeing or just chill by the pool and soak up the sun. The villa has to be seen and enjoyed. Excellent villa!
We had an excellent stay at this holiday home. The accommodation and facilities are top notch. Our children loved the playground equipment in the beautifully kept area, and the pool was enjoyed by the whole family. Alba and her team are brilliant. A Definite Must Stay!!
We loved this villa!! Our goal was to get away from busy city life and our daily hectic schedules to simply relax and recharge. I must say thanks to this amazing holiday in Ibiza. We, a group of 10 people, stayed at this amazing villa in August and would recommend it to anyone. The villa is situated in a peaceful, quiet, safe, and lovely surrounding. Spectacular views!!
Amazing place. The house is just magnificent with great infrastructure (wifi, whirlpool, TVs to name a few) and has spectacular views. We were 10 people in the villa which has plenty of room to make the stay comfortable for everyone. Jorge made an amazing barbecue and was responsive and helpful to resolve any issues. My girlfriend's birthday was a great success. We could not have a better time. All our guests were happy. I would highly recommend this villa too anyone to stay there for holidays or for celebrating a special occasion.
