Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

A dream come true
This villa is something else. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The welcome pack was a nice touch, and the team even helped us arrange a boat trip to Formentera (highly recommend!). The gym and boxing area were a cool surprise, and we made the most of the jacuzzi at sunset. Worth every penny. Can’t wait to book again next year!

Perfect for our family holiday
We stayed at the house for a week with our family, and it was just what we needed-spacious, quiet, and absolutely stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the outdoor dining areas were perfect for long, lazy meals. The kids loved the pool, and we loved that the property felt secure and private. The location is perfect-close enough to Ibiza town but peaceful at night. Definitely recommend for families or big groups!

Best trip ever!
Honestly, this villa made our Ibiza holiday unforgettable. The house is massive, and every room feels like a luxury hotel. Loved the DJ area-we had some of the best nights just hanging out there before heading into town. The concierge service was top-notch; they helped us with restaurant bookings and even got us a great deal on a private chef one night. Everything was smooth, from airport pickup to check-in. Stunning villa with insane views!
Stayed here with a group of friends, and we were blown away by the views. Waking up to the sight of Ibiza Town and the sea every morning was unreal. The infinity pool was where we spent most of our time-super clean and warm even in the evenings. The villa itself is spotless and modern, with plenty of space for everyone. Booking was super easy, and the team was helpful from start to finish. Would definitely come back!

Holiday of a Lifetime
The stay at the this home in Can Furnet was very nice. The house is beautiful with so much character and is filled with an amazing modern furniture. The pool area is wonderful. The location is great with amazing views. It's an easy drive to beaches. We would be very happy to stay here again.
