Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had such a great time at this retreat! The villa is stunning-clean, modern, and spacious. The heated pool was perfect for swimming any time of day, and the rooftop terrace is the best spot for watching the sunset. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to everything in Corralejo. The villa has everything you need-perfect for a family or group of friends. This villa is the perfect escape. The proximity to Waikiki Beach is unbeatable-just steps away! The rooftop terrace with sea views is amazing. Loved the pool and the relaxed vibe of the place. Definitely a great spot for a family vacation. The agency made everything so easy for us. Highly recommend!
