Inside, the open-plan living area combines the lounge, kitchen, and dining space, filled with natural light through large patio doors overlooking the pool. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, while the dining area provides a table and chairs for group meals. The contemporary kitchen features white units, a black worktop, modern appliances, and an adjoining pantry for additional storage.
The accommodation includes four beautifully decorated double bedrooms. On the ground floor, one double bedroom has an en-suite shower and patio doors opening to the pool, while two other doubles overlook the front of the villa and share a separate stylish shower room. The first floor hosts the fourth double bedroom with an en-suite shower, large wardrobe, and exposed brickwork details. A separate seating area with large windows frames panoramic sea views and provides access to a terrace, balcony with glass flooring, and stairs leading down to the pool.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We arrived quite late into the evening and we were greeted by Mark, the housekeeper, who was really welcoming. The place was gorgeous! We all agreed it was like home from home, it had everything you could think of. Mark was so accommodating throughout our stay and was on hand if we needed him. We had fresh water, fresh towels, he even delivered breakfasts 3 days of the week for us and helped us order take away! He was really easy to contact if we had any questions and responded quickly. There was a shop at walk away and a large supermarket. We travelled in taxis which we found easy enough to book even though none of us spoke Spanish. All in all, it's a place we all miss and have said we definitely want to go back there!

This spacious villa is an amazing place to stay for any group of holiday makers. It has everything you need to make your stay very enjoyable. A short walking to the beech, restaurants and bars makes for an ideal location. Myself and my family and friends really enjoyed our stay at this spacious villa and we are already planning to return.

Amazing villa
Fantastic views, peaceful location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loads of outdoor space. Really enjoyed the large pool, hammocks, pool table, great barbecue. We arranged a truly memorable private boat tour at short notice. Highlight of our holiday.
