Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The house felt like a home away from home. The fully equipped villa had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area, with its pool and barbecue, was perfect for evening gatherings. We loved the proximity to Corralejo's main attractions and beaches. This villa made our vacation truly enjoyable.

Perfect for a Family Getaway
Our family had an amazing stay at this retreat. The four bedrooms and five bathrooms were incredibly convenient, offering enough space for everyone. The large private pool and garden made for memorable outdoor moments, and the barbecue area was a hit. The villa's location is ideal, close to both the town and the beach.

A Relaxing Oasis
This stylish property provided us with the ultimate relaxing vacation. The saltwater swimming pool and private gardens were simply wonderful. The spacious living areas were well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the master bedroom with its en-suite and private terrace. The location, a short walk from Corralejo's main strip and golden sandy beaches, was perfect.

Perfect - only word needed to describe our stay
From start to finish our stay was perfect. 10 day break with 8 adults and we all stayed comfortably in the villa, the villa is big enough for everyone to have their own space. its well equipped with everything you could need. Communication from Sharon and Alfredo was brilliant with any queries dealt with immediately. The villa is very private and cleanliness is 100% all round. I would definitely recommend to any friends and family we will be back 100%

A wonderful stay
We stayed here for a week as a party of four adults ;everything we needed was catered for in the villa and it was a very good location close to all amenities. We enjoyed the pool area, it was very quiet and peaceful and there were so many areas to relax; the bedrooms were very comfortable and Sharon even put in beach towels when requested. We didn't use the tv room on this occasion but often bring our grandchildren who would have loved it The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed; Sharon and Alfredo could not have been more helpful during and after the booking. Definitely one of the best villas we have rented on the island and visit at least once every year.
