A covered dining area with a table and chairs, along with a brick BBQ, offers the ideal setting for alfresco meals. An additional table on a raised terrace provides another spot to take in the beautiful views. A gate from the terrace leads directly onto the seafront, with the beach just a short stroll away.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Wonderful villa with great pool
We were a family group of 6. The villa facilities can only be described as magnificent and the pool is great for adults and children. I can only repeat what others have said - a wonderful villa and a great setting. We had some friends come to see us and one commented that it was more like a boutique hotel than a villa!!! If you want to stay in Corralejo, this is the place to strive for!!!

perfect holiday
This was second time at this villa. Very happy again. The villa had everything we needed for our stay. Would definately book with them again. The villa was in a good location, not far from the centre and on the coast path. An easy walk to all amenities.
