Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I spent a week in this lovely villa with my elderly father, sister and partner. The villa is very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are spacious, there are lots of towels provided and the bathrobes are great for the pool and hot tub. Sitting room just big enough to seat four adults. We loved the heated pool, the hot tub, the views from the balcony and the incredible sea views from the house and pool area. It was great to be able to walk straight onto the beach path and there is a lovely bar/restaurant just a few minutes walk away along the beach. It is also only a short walk to the shops in the town and harbour area. We loved the bbq, very unusual design but very clever. We were given an amazing welcome pack, lots of drinks, fruit etc. Property manager, is very efficient and friendly. We all really enjoyed it.
