The ground-floor bathroom is spacious, with a bath, overhead shower, and two double sinks in a marble unit. A laundry room is conveniently located on the lower level.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Villa was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations in everyway. Welcome Pack, and pool maintenance, were first class. Rep was always available when needed. We would definitely return as often as possible. Everything was excellent. cannot wait to book another holiday!.

Stayed here March family of 8 adults. What a find, great space to mix together in.Enjoyed BBQ and outside eating area with night-time views over the town. Good cooking facilities. Bed room accommodation worked well.

This place fulfilled our expectations 100%. Wonderful suburb, amazing views, convenient place for all the daily basis during trip. We were 2 families - all in all 8 people and we fit here perfectly. If we have a chance we will definitely come back here for a second time.

Excellent villa and location
My friends and I stayed here for 7 nights in February. The place was fantastic. Our host Maria was welcoming and very helpful. The villa was spotless and well equipped with what looked like brand new fittings. The villa is well equipped, clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.
