The entrance hallway opens into a bright open-plan lounge and dining area, with patio doors leading directly onto the terrace and pool. The fully equipped kitchen is located to the left of the entrance and provides all essentials for a self-catering holiday.
A corridor from the entrance hall leads to three bedrooms: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bathroom, while a further double bedroom has an en suite shower room and patio doors opening to the pool terrace. A fourth twin bedroom with an en suite cloakroom is accessed from the dining area. An additional cloakroom is located by the front entrance.
Outside, part of the terrace is covered and furnished for relaxing in the fresh air. The outer terrace features a dining table with seating for all guests, perfect for alfresco summer barbecues. Around the large pool, ample sunbeds are provided for everyone to enjoy the sunshine.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our vacation at The houselina was all about relaxation by the pool. The heated pool and beautiful garden created a serene atmosphere. The villa's location near restaurants and the beach made it a great choice for a stress-free getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind.

A great holiday - we enjoyed the super infinity pool
A lovely relaxing holiday in the sunshine of Mijas with friends and family. The spacious 4 bed modern villa enabled us to forget busy grey Britain and escape to the beautiful sunshine. The large kitchen has space to prepare your meal and everything goes in the dishwasher after! Perfect!

A great villa and a wonderful holiday
This was the second time we booked The propertylina and we had another very enjoyable holiday. The swimming pool and table tennis were used extensively every day.
