The south-facing terrace is furnished for dining and relaxation, overlooking the immaculate pool and garden, with gated steps leading down to the pool area.
The lower floor hosts the bedrooms, all with patio doors opening to the garden or pool, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning/heating. The master double bedroom features a spacious pink marble en suite bathroom with twin basins. Two comfortable double bedrooms connect to an en suite shower room, while the two twin bedrooms share a family-sized bathroom with shower cubicle and twin basins.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had not been with this travel agency for a few years but were impressed by their continuing attention to detail and making the booking of a holiday as stress free as possible. All went well. We were pleased with the villa and the car covered our requirements including taking a wheelchair. We can't speak too highly of the service we received.

Absolutely gorgeous villa, had everything we needed! Very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy. The pool was great, very nice and relaxing. Alba was absolutely wonderful regarding booking....fast and easy. Would definitely recommend to all groups of all ages. 10/10!

What a GEM
An amazing property with a great location in Mijas. The best place we have ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was here. Absolutely stunning-no words could describe how we felt when we walked in. We were really gutted to leave, so jealous of the next guests. Would definitely recommend this villa, and we will certainly go back.

Holiday was excellent
We enjoyed our stay as there were so many facilities in the villa to enjoy and make our stay relaxing, plenty of sun beds, table tennis, pool table and barbecue. The area was very quiet and the garden and pool very private and not overlooked. We had an excellent time. The maid who carried out a mid week clean was again, excellent. We would definitely consider a holiday with this travel agency again
