Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Just got back from a fantastic holiday with my group of friends at this seaside retreat in Calahonda. We had an incredible time at this villa, which is perfectly located near the beach, restaurants, and shops. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool and the spacious terrace. We spent most of our days out there, basking in the Spanish sun and taking refreshing dips in the pool. The villa is cozy and well-equipped, with bedrooms that have their own bathrooms - a big plus. We're already planning our next trip!

Ideal for a Group Getaway
Just returned from a fantastic stay with my group of friends at this luxury retreat in Calahonda. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. The villa's location is top-notch, with the beach, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The highlight was, without a doubt, the big private pool and the roomy terrace. We spent most of our time there, soaking up the Spanish sun and cooling off in the pool. The villa itself is comfortable and has everything you need. The bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were a real bonus. We also enjoyed the pool table and table tennis competitions. Evenings were all about BBQs and great memories. We're already thinking about when we can return!

Fantastic Family Getaway at the accommodation

Lovely villa in a wonderful location
Just back from a great holiday. The villa had everything we could wish for and was much larger than I thought. The swimming pool was lovely and large enough for a proper swim and the sunbeds meant we spent a lot of time around by the pool. The villa was clean and well maintained and a joy to stay in and we would recommended it to family and friends and we have already booked for next year.

What can I say. From the moment we walked through the door we were overwhelmed by the quality and attention to detail in the villa. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday it was exceptional.
