Pedestrian gates lead up the paved driveway with parking for several cars. The lower level of the villa includes a comfortable lounge, a twin bedroom with en suite shower room, and a guest cloakroom. A curved staircase leads up to the main lounge and dining area, a beamed and traditionally furnished space with a feature fireplace and garden views. Off this lounge is a large, fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en suite shower room, and patio doors opening onto the covered front terrace.
A small corridor at the far end of the lounge provides access to a twin and a double bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower rooms, as well as an additional separate bathroom. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a spacious covered terrace with a fireplace, ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing while overlooking the pool. Several steps lead down to the heated swimming pool, which is surrounded by a paved sunbathing and dining terrace. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Just returned from a week at this lovely villa, couldn't fault it. It is clean, very spacious, great pool with plenty of outside space, lots of sun loungers and towels provided. It is in a perfect location, easy walking distance to shops, supermarket, beach and some very good restaurants. Booking the villa is easy and straight forward, Alba the property manager is very helpful. Will definitely be going back!

Great villa
We had a great time at the accommodation. The location near Calahonda's lively resort center was a plus. The villa's bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, along with the outdoor dining terrace, made our vacation enjoyable.

Lovely villa in great location

Lovely very comfortable villa
Just returned from two weeks at the villa. An excellent large 4 bedroomed villa in a quiet location. The villa is very spacious with ample room in each bedroom, ensuite bathrooms. The TV is the lounge has smart tv and you can watch catch up TV along with movies free of charge (keeps kids happy during the very hot time of the day).The pool has 8 sun beds around private heated pool. The sun shines from early morning on the pool until fairly late in the evening. An excellent villa from which to explore Mijas.

We found your service excellent in all areas, the villa was superb and in a brilliant location, spotlessly clean and the cleaners were really helpful and friendly We would definitely book again. Villa was excellent clean, spacious and very quiet. Shops, restaurants, beach and tennis club all close by. All had a great holiday and hope to return next year.

Amazing villa looking to book again next year
Excellent layout, all bedrooms more than adequate for each couple, clean comfortable and spacious. Good sized living room and kitchen. Outside eating/living area fantastic. Good sized pool and gardens with more than enough sunbathing area. Couldn't fault any part of the villa, perfect for extended families such as ours. Would highly recommend this villa.
