Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This stylish property offered a spacious and comfortable retreat. The fully equipped kitchen and living area were ideal for our family. Each bedroom with an en suite made our stay even better. We had a wonderful time in Calahonda.

For beach lovers, the stay is conveniently located. Both the beach and Calahonda center were easily accessible on foot. The brick BBQ and the dining area were perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. A memorable vacation with all the comforts.

Relaxing Oasis with a Heated Pool
Our stay at this getaway was a relaxing oasis. The heated pool and ample space to unwind made our vacation special. Each bedroom having its en suite was a great convenience. The exterior dining area was fantastic for enjoying meals in the sun.

Excellent villa and location
The villa was really nice and the location is excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the villa. The shopping centre is near by. My child loved the pool and all the toys left for us to play with. Everything was very well organised and the family enjoyed the stay very much. We will definitely return again.

Absolutely excellent!!
This was our first 'villa' experience and it was hassle free and easy. The kitchen was well maintained (I'd recommend the welcome pack) for a few immediate items. Wifi is excellent inside and out, no problems. Some TV channels, but we didn't watch TV. The villa is very well appointed, brick BBQ, table tennis and pool tables. Wonderful heated pool and bbq area.

Lovely villa, far better than the pictures. The outside area is the villas best feature though, just perfect for a great family holiday. Pool maintained well, beautifully clean.
