Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The house in Mallorca was a delightful escape for our group of 10. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and great living spaces, it provided the perfect getaway. The outdoor area, including the pool and outdoor kitchen, was a highlight. A short drive to the sea and local amenities. Don't miss it!

Fantastic villa
Villa was even better than we expected. Lovely gardens and pool. Ana and family so friendly and helpful. The beds sooo comfy. Villa had everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend.

amazing villa!
The pictures provided for the villa were lovely and we knew it would be just what we were looking for and we were not dissappointed, it was even more beautiful than we expected. We had 10 adults in our group and what was so special about the villa was that if you wanted to sit quietly and read a book for example there were so many little quiet areas. The pool was fantastic and everywhere was very clean and very well maintained.

Lovely, spacious, very comfortable holiday home
Very spacieuse, wonderfully comfortable house, with a large pool and large garden (place to play football for our boys), a nice outdoor terrace and - BBQ, well-equipped bathrooms, fantastic master bedroom / bathroom / dressing. Village with supermarket at 5 min driving distance. Idem beach. Had a fantastic holiday!
