Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating are included in all bedrooms.
The villa boasts a gated kidney-shaped pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. An outdoor brick BBQ and covered terrace provide excellent spaces for alfresco dining and entertaining. The entrance is through a gated driveway with parking for up to three cars, leading past an archway and steps to the front door.
Inside, the ground floor offers three twin bedrooms, one with direct access to the terrace and pool area, along with two shower rooms. The lounge and dining area open onto the covered terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. The first floor includes two double bedrooms, each with a terrace overlooking the front of the property, one single bedroom suitable for children, and two additional bathrooms.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The property was perfect - quiet enough to feel peaceful, but close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, and the kids loved the outdoor space. We especially enjoyed the covered terrace for breakfast and evenings. Great layout and plenty of parking too.

everything you need, steps from the beach
Super clean, comfy, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a life-saver. Being able to walk to both Son Xoriguer Beach and the marina was a huge bonus. The mini market was close too, which was handy. Would definitely return!

great for big families
We were a group of 10 including kids and grandparents, and this retreat had something for everyone. Plenty of space, a safe gated pool, and even a twin room with direct access to the terrace. The kids loved walking to Aquarock Waterpark while we soaked up the sun by the pool. A really relaxed, easy holiday spot.

ideal location + dreamy outdoor space
You honestly can’t beat the location - we were on the beach in under a minute! The villa’s outdoor area was a highlight for us, especially the big pool and BBQ zone. We spent most evenings outside. The nearby marina was great for dinners and a bit of shopping. Highly recommend for big groups.
