Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had such a great time at this cozy place! The pool was amazing, and we spent most of our days lounging outside. The home itself had everything we needed-comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast WiFi. The area is quiet but still close to everything. Definitely a place we’d book again!

Lovely home, ideal for exploring the area
We really enjoyed our stay here! The villa was comfortable, and we loved having breakfast on the balcony with the morning sun. The bedrooms were spacious, and everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We rented a car to explore more of Menorca, but honestly, we could have managed without it since everything was within walking distance. A great holiday home!

Great villa in a prime location
This villa was exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere - to the beach, the shops, and the marina. The pool was a great size and very clean. The management team was also very helpful and gave us great tips on where to go. Would love to come back!

Total relaxation in a wonderful villa
Such a peaceful and comfortable place to stay! The villa is bright and airy, and the pool area is just perfect for unwinding. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a supermarket nearby made things super convenient. We loved strolling to the marina in the evenings for dinner - so many nice restaurants to choose from. A fantastic holiday, we’ll recommend this place to friends!

Perfect for families, great location
We stayed at this spacious villa for a week with our family, and we absolutely loved it! The home is very clean and well-maintained. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool-they were in it first thing in the morning and again every evening. We really appreciated how close the beach and marina were, so we didn’t need a car all the time. The terrace was great for outdoor dining, and the BBQ was a nice touch! We’ll definitely be back!

Great location and spacious villa
The property is very well appointed, maintained and clean. It's location is well situated on the island, with quick and easy access to attractions, beaches and amenities. The property manager is courteous, attentive and intent on making the stay a memorable and pleasant occasion. Great villa!
This villa was more than we expected and the location was excellent. The facilities both in the villa and the resort were brilliant. We travelled with elderly parents so needed somewhere reasonably flat, close to shops, bars, restaurants and bus service for local travel, this resort ticked all the boxes. Interesting lighthouse, lovely harbour and scenery. We will definitely return to Calan Bosch as it exceeded all our expectations in every way.
