Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a group of 8 adults and 1 child, and The rentalura was perfect for us. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The terrace with the pergola was our favorite spot to enjoy breakfast and dinners with a view of the pool and beach. The villa is also close to Cala en Bosch, which has lots of shops and restaurants for a night out.

Amazing villa with Stunning Views
This villa exceeded our expectations! The sea views from the balcony were simply breathtaking, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the sunbeds by the pool. The interior is bright and spacious, and each bedroom has air conditioning, which was a big bonus during the hot days. The path to the beach made it so easy to go for a swim whenever we wanted. We’ll definitely return!

A Relaxing Family Holiday
The stayura provided the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The house has a great layout, with plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved the outdoor areas-the pool terrace was a great place to unwind, and the covered dining area was perfect for family meals. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus, and the kids had a blast playing in the shallow waters.

Perfect Beachfront Retreat
Our stay at The stayura was everything we hoped for and more! The location right by Son Xoriguer Beach was ideal-just a few steps from the villa to the beach. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our family of 9. The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the peaceful terrace with sea views. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

Spacious villa with basically everything you need!
The villa is only a 10 minute walk to the busy marina with bars and restaurants and a 15 minute ride into Ciutadella. It is right on the seafront - a short walk from the back gate to the rocky shore for snorkelling and swimming and a 10 minute walk to the beach bars at Son Xoriguer. Great location. There are lots of water sports on offer and a great supermarket 5 minutes away.

Amazing stay
Stunning, peaceful beach side property with all mod cons and fantastic pool. We had such a wondeful holiday at This cozy placeura. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and available to help whenever we needed anything.
