The fully equipped kitchen includes an integrated oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and utensils for preparing delicious meals.
Accommodation includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, a double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden. The first floor comprises the master double suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, as well as two twin bedrooms, both sharing a modern shower room. All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, with comfortable beds and air conditioning for optimal comfort.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This home exceeded our expectations. The stylish decor and quality furnishings made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious living room and dining area were great for relaxation and family meals. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor area was a highlight with the covered dining space, barbecue, and a lovely pool. We loved the villa's proximity to Cala'n Bosch's beautiful beaches and amenities.

A Wonderful Family villa
We had a fantastic stay at this elegant home. The villa's modern and stylish interior provided a comfortable retreat for our family of eight. The open-plan living area was perfect for spending quality time together, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze.
