Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This place is even better than the photos!! The design is sleek, the pool is just perfect, and the location is spot on. We were a group of friends, and we spent so much time just chilling on the terrace, enjoying the sunsets. Also, booking was super easy, and the team was always helpful with recommendations. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Amazing villa, super relaxing
Such a great stay! The villa is beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor dining area-perfect for long dinners after a day at the beach. The pool was a huge bonus too! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect holiday spot!
Stayed here for a week with my family, and it was just amazing! The villa is so stylish, clean, and modern. Loved waking up and stepping straight outside to the terrace. The pool was a dream-so nice to take a dip before breakfast! Also, being so close to the beach was a huge plus. Super peaceful area but still easy to get to restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to come back!
