Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

The best villa we’ve ever rented!
We’ve stayed in many high-end villas, but This hideawayp truly stands out. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the whole place feel bright and airy, and the views of the Bay of Pollensa are spectacular. Having multiple terraces meant we could always find a perfect spot to relax. Five stars all the way!

Perfect family retreat
We stayed here with two families (four adults and six kids), and it was ideal. Plenty of space for everyone, the kids loved the pool and the playroom, and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the terraces with a glass of wine. The location is peaceful but still close to Alcudia and some great restaurants. Highly recommend!

A breathtaking seafront escape!
The propertyp is everything we dreamed of and more! The location is unbeatable - waking up to the sound of the waves and having direct sea access was just incredible. The infinity pool was our favorite spot, and the sunsets from the upper terrace were magical. We didn’t want to leave!
