The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, toaster, oven, juicer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and mixer, along with a dining table for six and direct terrace access. Also on this floor is a family bathroom and a minimalist double bedroom.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
It is a stunning villa. Check-in was easy, the property company have been extremely helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Showers are good. Plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing area off the main bedroom, which is great. The outside space is fabulous, the sun shines on the side patio in the morning until early afternoon. The Balinese lounger gets the sun from midday and the pool from early afternoon. The view from the balcony and the roof terrace is fabulous. A car is definitely needed to get around. Alcudia old town is nearby - visited for the market on Sunday and also for dinner. Puerto Pollensa is a 20 minute drive away.

This villa is a gem! Super quiet area but close to everything - beaches, restaurants, even hiking trails. We booked through the agency, and they made everything so easy, from airport transfers to restaurant recommendations. Already planning our next trip back!!

Great spot for families
Stayed here with my family for a week, and it was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, comfy beds, and a kitchen that had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the BBQ nights on the terrace. Would totally book again!

Absolute paradise!!
From the second we walked in, we knew we picked the right place. The villa is stunning - huge glass windows, beautiful interiors, and a pool that we basically lived in. Waking up to those sea views every morning was just magical. We also rented kayaks at the nearby marina, such a fun experience! Definitely one of the best holidays we’ve had!

A dreamy getaway!
We had an amazing week here! The villa is super spacious, modern, and spotless. The concierge team was so helpful - they arranged a private chef one night, and the food was incredible. Loved the location too, really peaceful but close enough to explore Alcudia and the beaches. Highly recommend!
