Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa was everything we hoped for and more! The house itself is spacious and well-designed, and the outdoor areas are just incredible. We spent our days lounging by the pool and exploring the nearby beaches. The concierge service was also a great touch, helping us arrange a boat trip and private chef for one evening. Can’t wait to return!

The best villa we’ve stayed in!
This cozy place exceeded all our expectations. The layout was perfect for our group, with lots of space to spread out and relax. Incredible villa with everything you need
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The villa is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a lovely traditional Mediterranean feel. A fantastic family getaway!
The villa was the perfect choice for our family holiday. The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor space were highlights for us, and the beach is just a short walk away. The area is peaceful but still close to great restaurants and attractions. We would love to come back!
