This recently built villa showcases high-quality furnishings and a trendy, modern aesthetic. The lower ground floor features a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, WiFi access, and satellite channels including some in English. A bathroom with a hydro massage shower and sauna completes this level, providing a perfect relaxation space.
On the ground floor, three air-conditioned bedrooms ensure restful nights. The master bedroom includes an en-suite Jacuzzi-style bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. The remaining two bedrooms each feature twin beds and air conditioning. A second bathroom with double basins, shower, and bidet serves the other rooms. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Omg, this villa was beyond perfect!!! We were a group of 6 and had sooo much space! The outdoor area is just next level - sunbeds, BBQ, and that pool... heaven! Also, big shoutout to the agency for making everything super easy, from booking to check-in. 10/10 experience!!

Great location & stunning villa!
This place is a gem! The pool was warm even in the evenings, and the terrace was perfect for chilling with a glass of wine. ???? The beach was close, the beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Incredible villa, top-notch service!
First time booking with this agency and I have to say… super impressed! Everything was smooth from start to finish. The concierge team even helped us with a car rental and gave us the best tips for local spots. The villa itself is gorgeous - modern, clean, and so spacious! Perfect getaway!!!
Wow, what a place! Spent a week here with my family and we didn’t want to leave! ???? The villa is super stylish, very clean, and had everything we needed. The heated pool was a dream, and the jacuzzi? Pure relaxation! Location is also spot on - just a short walk to Marina Rubicon where we found some great restaurants. Definitely coming back!

Excellent villa and location
Just returned from staying in this top class villa, excellent value for money, very quiet and peaceful. Location is amazing, sea and cliff view to die for. The town of Playa Blanca is fantastic, loads of great pubs and restaurants, nice walk down from the villa. Plenty of activities and site seeing to do. Did not want to leave this amazing place, already looking at booking again. Fantastic holiday!!!!

We stayed at this villa for a week wow is all I can say, the villa is absolutely amazing plenty of space, very modern, spotless and the outside area is fantastic the pool is great, very quiet area and a great walk down into the town, great shops and restaurants
I can say and we didn't want to go home but guaranteed we will be back already looking at flights and for a 2 week stay this time, also a great meet and greet when you arrive, I would definitely recommend this villa and already have, see you soon

Superb
Everything from booking to arriving at this excellent villa went like clockwork. The agent was waiting to greet us and show us around the villa. The Welcome Pack was a lovely surprise. The villa itself was spotless and had everything you would need for family with a baby. As requested there was a travel cot and high chair. The barbecue was an excellent. All in all this was the best holiday villa we have stayed in and would recommend it to anyone.
