The accommodation consists of two separate areas: the main house and a self-contained annex loft. The main house includes two large double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, plus an additional guest bathroom. The annex apartment features its own kitchen, bathroom, and an open-plan mezzanine bedroom, offering optional privacy for families traveling together. This annex is available for an additional supplement on top of the main house rental.
Guests benefit from a private gated driveway with space for three vehicles and a well-maintained garden. The villa is located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, yet just a 10-minute walk from Playa Dorada beach. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Excellent facilities and furnishings. The pool was a delight and the villa very well equipped and spacious. Everything was there and worked well. We had a great time relaxing at the villa and exploring Lanzarote by car.

Wonderful a home away from home
Would highly recommend this hideaway. Great host, lovely villa with amazing large pool, perfect outside seating areas, BBQ, all mod cons and very well laid out and spacious inside. Also great location. Will be back in the future

Wonderful, relaxing holiday
We stayed at the villa for a week, on arrival a welcome food pack which was lovely as it was quite late and we were unable to find anywhere to eat. The accommodation was excellent, roomy, extremely well kitted out with a great pool. It was well maintained and accessible to local amenities. I'd highly recommend this to anyone, wanting to stay in Lanzarote with family or friends.

Perfect family holiday
Myself, husband, children along with my Dad, brothers and their partners have been back a couple of weeks now and have not stopped talking about our holiday. The villa was absolutely perfect, plenty of space, extremely clean, comfy. The pool was amazing and brilliant size for all the family to enjoy. The beach and town just a ten minute walk for older children and adults. It was a holiday we all needed and we will certainly be booking this villa again.

Great Holiday
We had a week's stay at this charming accommodation. The week was lovely, and everything described was in the property, including beach towels. We enjoyed relaxing days at the villa as well as several trips arranged locally. The nearby restaurants are excellent, and the beach is very close, just a ten-minute walk. You can easily stroll along the beachfront into Playa Blanca or visit the market at Rubicon Marina. A lovely place to stay. We are a family of two adults and older children, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the holiday.
